Afternoons (15% uplift): £14.73 per hour
Nights (30% uplift): £16.65 per hourShift Patterns:
Days: 06:00 - 14:00 (Monday-Friday)
Afternoons: 14:00 - 22:00 (Monday-Friday)

The General Operative Role:
Due to continued growth and the expansion of key contracts, the company is looking to recruit General Operatives to support operations across day, afternoon and night shifts.
Duties will include:
Moving heavy materials throughout the production area
Loading and unloading parts
Assembly and production support work
Basic metalwork duties
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Assisting with general warehouse and manufacturing tasks
Any other duties as requiredAbout You:
Comfortable undertaking heavy lifting and manual handling duties
Reliable, hardworking, and punctual
Keen to learn new skills and undertake training
Previous manufacturing, labouring, warehouse, or production experience is advantageous but not essential
Able to commute to the Loughborough areaApply:
