Role: Night Production Operatives
Monday – Thursday
Rate: £16.94 per hour
Location: Outskirts of Horsham – due to their location you must have access to your own reliable transport.
Our client, a well-established manufacturing business, is currently seeking Production Operatives to join their night shift team. This is a hands-on role offering the opportunity to secure a permanent position following a successful temporary period.
Working within a busy production environment, you will be responsible for assembling, testing, and preparing products while maintaining high standards of quality and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

Assembling and testing products using a range of electrical and mechanical equipment.

General soldering and brazing duties.

Preparation and testing of components and assemblies.

Basic hand tool work and fabrication.

Operation of a variety of production equipment and machinery.

Adopting a hands-on approach to support production targets and maximise efficiency.

Always following production procedures and quality standards.

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
Essential Requirements

Good manual dexterity with the ability to assemble small components.

Experience using basic hand tools.

Excellent attention to detail.

Ability to work effectively within a team environment.

Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced manufacturing setting.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Good numeracy skills.

Well organised with the ability to use initiative.

Must be eligible to live and work in the UK.
Desirable Experience
-
Previous experience as a Production Operative.

Experience within manufacturing, engineering, assembly, or production environments.

Experience working with small-batch assembly or precision products.
