Key Responsibilities and Tasks

Client, Customer, and Carrier Interactions

Serve as the first point of contact for client, customer, and carrier queries via phone, email, and ticketing systems (e.g., Query Manager).

Resolve low-level enquiries such as order status updates, delivery tracking, and proof-of-despatch requests.

Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the Account Manager.

Maintain accurate communication records and provide timely updates to clients and customers.

Liaise directly with carriers to assist with client or customer delivery queries.

Uphold Company standards of professionalism in every client and customer interaction.
Account Management Support

Support Account Managers by handling day-to-day administrative requests and updates.

Ensure client requirements are processed accurately and within agreed timeframes.

Assist in preparing and maintaining job briefs, job bags, and supporting documentation.

Keep Account Managers informed of client feedback, issues, or service concerns.

Administration and Order Support
-
Perform clerical and administrative tasks such as scanning, filing, and creating or updating job bags.
