We are currently recruiting for a Customer Services Administrator to join a busy and growing property maintenance organisation on a temporary-to-permanent basis.
This is a full-time, office-based role in Waltham Abbey, offering an excellent opportunity for someone with strong customer service and administrative skills who is looking for long-term career stability.
Key Responsibilities:

Managing inbound calls and emails from tenants

Scheduling and coordinating property maintenance appointments

Liaising with engineers, contractors, and residents

Updating internal systems with accurate information

Providing excellent customer service and resolving queries efficiently

Supporting the wider team with general administrative duties
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous customer service and administration experience

Excellent communication and organisational skills

Strong attention to detail

Confidence using Microsoft Office and CRM systems

The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks
