Location: Finstown, Orkney Islands (onsite)
Job Type: Contract (12+ months)
Rate: Approximately £20 per hour
Hours: 32 hours per week (up to 8 hours per day - flexible working available)

We're looking for a driven, detail-focused Site Administrator who thrives on organisation, enjoys keeping things running smoothly, and is eager to grow within a fast-paced project environment.
This is more than just an administrative role - it's an opportunity to gain hands-on project experience from the ground up. You'll receive full training, ongoing support, and the chance to develop your skills while working alongside experienced industry professionals. Strong Microsoft 365 skills are essential, and experience with SAP would be advantageous (but not required).

Key Responsibilities
Reporting into the EC CPM, you will play a key role in ensuring the project runs efficiently and remains on track.
Project Support & Reporting
Maintain project tracking tools, including task tracking and variance analysis
Coordinate resource and equipment schedules to ensure accuracy
Assist in maintaining the project risk register in collaboration with the Site Manager
Track project changes and delays with clarity and precision
Support timesheet preparation and data entry
Monitor purchase orders and assist with invoice approvals
Manage document control, including drawings, logs, and records
Track site assets and plant equipment
General Site Administration
Take clear and concise meeting notes
Maintain organised and up-to-date filing systems
Provide administrative support to the wider site team as required
Requirements
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Good working knowledge of Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
Excellent communication skills
Must be based within a commutable distance to Finstown, Orkney IslandsDesirable:
Previous experience in a site-based or project environment
Exposure to SAP systems
