Looking For A Personal Assistant ⭐️
Job purpose:
To support my child within the home or accessing social opportunities within the community.
My son likes buses, trains, being outdoors, likes to be on the go & busy
Work Duties will include:
Identify local social activities
Motivating and encouraging them to take part and try new things
Helping them to develop social skills, gain independence
Other requirements:
Establishing and maintaining effective communication with the child and their parents, maintaining confidentiality.
Always ensuring the safety eg; has no sense of danger, road awareness.
Requirements for applicant:
Imagination in relation to activities to undertake
Good sense of humour
Flexible, reliable and honest
Physically fit, agile and energetic
Understanding of autism essential.
DBS Check will be completed
Must be willing to go on public transport eg; buses & trains as he likes to go on these. Able to have own car to take further a field. There may be times that we may you for school pick up/ drop offs come September.
Location – Ashford
Number of PA roles available - 1
£12.71 per hour
Term Time – 4 hours
Non-Term Time - 8 hours
