We are currently recruiting for Night Care Assistants to join a highly regarded care home in Solihull.
The home provides specialist nursing and dementia care, supporting residents in a warm, respectful and person-centred environment.

7:15pm – 7:15am

Two-week rolling rota
-
Week one: 36 hours
-
Week two: 48 hours
-
Average of 42 hours per week

Working with older people
-
Nursing and dementia care setting

Female applicants preferred due to resident care needs
Duties will include:
-
Supporting residents throughout the night
-
Providing personal care respectfully and professionally

Supporting with mobility and moving and handling
-
Promoting dignity, comfort and reassurance
-
Assisting with continence care and night-time routines
-
Monitoring residents’ wellbeing and reporting concerns
-
Working as part of a care team

Completing care records accurately
Candidate requirements:
-
Previous care experience is preferred
-
Must be comfortable providing personal care
-
Dementia care experience would be advantageous
-
Reliable, compassionate and professional approach

Able to work night shifts on a rolling rota

Must have the right to work in the UK
