Role: Assembly Operative
Location: Melksham
Pay Rate: £15.86 per hour
Shift: Weekend night shift
Hours: Paid for 38 hours while working 36 hours
Key Responsibilities as an Assembly Operative:
- Operating machinery
- Loading and unloading machines
- Monitoring production processes to ensure quality standards are met
- Carrying out basic quality checks and reporting defects
Requirements for the Assembly role:
- Good attention to detail
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Reliable and punctual
