About the Role:
-
Act as the customer’s main point of contact throughout the vehicle lifecycle
-
Meet & greet customers and collect diagnostic information
-
Liaise with workshop and allied departments
-
Approve additional work and manage vehicle logistics
-
Upsell products and services
-
Update CRM with accurate customer and vehicle information
-
Provide reception cover when required
What We’re Looking For:

Keyloop / Kerridge experience – Essential

Previous customer service experience
-
Professional, personable and organised
-
Previous dealership background – Essential
Working Hours:
Monday – Friday: 8am–5pm
1 in 3 Saturdays: 9am–1pm
