Processing orders over the phone accurately and efficiently

What we’re looking for:

Proven experience in customer service within a busy office environment (essential)

Strong background in handling complaints and resolving issues

Experience processing orders over the phone

Adaptable and comfortable working with multiple products/services

Excellent communication and problem-solving skills

Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential due to location)
