We are seeking a highly organised and detail-oriented Warehouse Administration Planner on behalf of our Client.
Duties will include:
Effective, accurate and timely management of administrative support tasks listed below (but not limited to):

Clearing receipts on the system and resolving discrepancies in set targets.

Receiving customer enquiries/orders and loading them accurately onto the system in set targets.

Despatching orders on the system in set targets.

Closing out job files by obtaining POD’s and any other required information and sending onto customers and archiving.

Running reports from the system as required by customers and management
-
Updating and reporting KPIs
-
Ensuring paperwork is archived accurately and in a timely manner & updating files, when necessary, on the common drive.

Undertaking system checks in set targets.

Attend training on new processes and procedures
-
Availability for Stocktaking as required

Reporting any issues, accidents or incidents in accordance with procedures

Housekeeping duties in the office/general tidying
-
Support Transport Planners and Managers
-
Any other reasonable request to support business requirements
Key Skills:
-
Proven experience (5+ years) in office administration, operations or a similar role.

Strong organizational, and problem-solving skills.
-
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
-
Proficient in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and administrative software/tools.
Hours of work are 40 a week, Monday to Friday 8.00am – 16:30pm, plus any reasonable requirements associated with the position
