Warehouse Operative – Temp to Perm Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a well-established and growing business within the motorsport, F1, and aerospace supply sector. This is a fantastic temp-to-perm opportunity with genuine long-term career progression.
Role Overview
- £12.71 per hour
- 40 hours per week
- Initially Monday to Friday, 9:30am–6:00pm
- Moving onto rotating shifts:
- Week 1: 7:30am–4:00pm
- Week 2: 11:00am–7:30pm
Key Responsibilities
- Working within a busy warehouse environment
- Inspecting outgoing deliveries to ensure quality control and correct quantities
- Maintaining accurate stock control and recording systems
- Ensuring attention to detail when handling and storing goods
- Interpreting measurements, sizes, and transport information
- Using basic computer systems to record stock (full training provided)
- Manual handling of goods up to 20kg
About You
- Previous warehouse experience is essential
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Comfortable with manual handling duties
- Reliable, hardworking, and keen to learn
- Basic IT skills are an advantage but not required
