Edge Staffing are currently recruiting for two Customer Service / Business Administrator positions on behalf of a busy logistics company based in Washington.
This is an excellent opportunity for organized and customer-focused individuals looking to join a fast-paced and growing business, with the potential to secure a permanent role.
Salary: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm (30-minute unpaid break)
Contract: Temporary to Permanent for the right candidate
Key Responsibilities

Handling customer calls and responding to queries

Liaising with customers regarding deliveries and updates

Tracking deliveries and maintaining accurate records

Data entry and updating internal systems

Scanning and filing documentation
-
Processing invoices
-
Providing excellent customer service at all times

Supporting the wider administration team with general office duties
Candidate Requirements

Previous customer service and/or administration experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems

Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment

Positive attitude and willingness to learn
