Job Title: Warehouse Supervisor
Location: On-site, Nottingham
Hours: Full-time, Monday – Friday (hours flexible based on operational needs)
Pay: £35,000 – £40,000 per year

Frontline Recruitment is partnering with a growing logistics business in Nottingham to recruit an experienced and motivated Warehouse Supervisor to oversee daily warehouse operations and lead a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and adherence to company policies and safety standards

Lead, train, and motivate warehouse operatives to achieve team performance targets

Manage the timely and accurate shipping and receiving of goods

Monitor inventory and generate reports using Warehouse Management System (WMS) software

Conduct regular inspections and ensure equipment is properly maintained

Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce costs

Enforce safe working practices, including correct manual handling and forklift operations
Requirements

Proven experience in a warehouse supervisory role within logistics, distribution, or 3PL environments

Strong understanding of logistics processes, stock control, and health & safety regulations

Excellent leadership, communication, and team-building skills

Mechanically minded and proactive in maintaining equipment standards

Highly organised, with attention to detail and a focus on process improvement
