A client of ours in the Colchester area are recruiting a Customer Service Advisor to join their team. This is a full-time permanent position working Monday - Friday 8.00am - 4.45pm and paying £25,800 - £26,500 per annum depending on experience.
Key Duties include but are not limited to:
Respond promptly to customer enquiries through email and phone.
Provide advice and guidance on the company's product range.
Process customer orders
Resolve delivery-related issues and handle customer complaints professionally and tactfully.
Carry out general administrative duties to support daily operations.Skills and Experience required to be considered for this Customer Service Advisor position:
Excellent communication skills.
3+ years' experience within a call centre and customer service position]
Manufacturing, Engineering or construction industry experience is desirable but not essential
Positive, can-do attitude.
