This is a fantastic opportunity for an administration professional who enjoys working with systems, data and processes, while playing a vital role in helping the sales team deliver an outstanding customer experience.
As a key member of the Sales Support team, you'll be responsible for ensuring vehicle and customer records are maintained accurately and compliantly, supporting the sales team with a range of administrative activities and helping the business achieve key manufacturer and operational targets.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing vehicle administration across multiple brands and sales channels
Maintaining accurate customer and vehicle records across CRM and dealer management systems
Cleansing and auditing digital vehicle files to ensure all documentation is complete and compliant
Supporting vehicle app activations and manufacturer digital engagement targets
Assisting with vehicle invoicing, taxation and registration activities during peak periods
Updating sales systems with vehicle, customer and finance information
Answering incoming calls and directing enquiries professionally
Working closely with colleagues across sales, accounts and operational teams
Supporting FCA compliance and internal audit requirements
Helping deliver exceptional customer service at every stage of the vehicle purchase journeyWhat are the looking for?
Previous administration experience, ideally within a busy customer-focused environment
Automotive industry experience would be advantageous but is not essential
Excellent attention to detail and a passion for accuracy
Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word
Confidence working with multiple systems and databases
Excellent organisational and communication skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and work to deadlines
