A well-established construction company based in Angus, are looking to welcome a full-time administrator to their team. The ideal candidate will be flexible, able to work to tight deadlines and rely on their own initiative.
Key Duties

Sending out tender enquires to sub-contractors and chasing when appropriate.

Preparing purchase orders from material requisition.

Occasionally obtaining prices for materials.

Completing spreadsheets for various returns.

Collating paperwork from sites and returning within the deadline.

Coding timesheets for payroll.
-
Chasing deliveries that are late.
-
Informing sites, stores and supervisors of deliveries due to be delivered.

Keep drawing registers up to date.
-
Preparing reports for weekly meetings.
-
Helping with inputting delivery notes and purchase invoices to cover holidays.

New site administration preparation including H&S files, first aid kits etc.

Any other general admin duties as required.
Key Skills
-
Previous administrative experience is advantageous.

Excellent communication skills.

Confident working on own initiative.

Adaptable within a fast-paced environment.

A knowledge of Pegasus Opera is a bonus
