About the Role đź’Ľ
We're supporting a well‑known Housing Association in recruiting x3 Customer Service Executives to join their friendly and supportive Customer Support Team.
In this role, you'll play an important part in a large-scale data‑cleansing project-contacting tenants to confirm details, update their information, and ensure the organisation holds accurate, GDPR‑compliant records. You'll also check whether customers still wish to receive services and action updates accordingly
It's a great opportunity for someone confident on the phone, organised, and looking to join a welcoming team environment.
What You'll Be Doing âś…
Making professional outbound calls to tenants and customers
Updating and cleansing internal databases with notes, contact details, and relevant changes
Coordinating clear and accurate responses to customer queries, referring to other departments when appropriate
Taking follow-up actions to ensure full resolution and excellent customer communication
Supporting with inbox management and general administrative tasksWhat We're Looking For đź’ˇ
Experience in a customer service, call centre, or customer‑facing role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong attention to detail when recording information
