Sales Administrator
Brighton (Portslade) - with free parking available on site
Full time permanent role
Hours: Monday - Friday between 35-40 hours per week - no weekend working
Salary £23500 for 35 hours per week, going up to £27500 for 40 hours per week. Benefits include - good pension scheme, 22 days holiday plus all UK bank holidays
We are delighted be partnered with our very established and successful motor industry based client as they seek to recruit a full time permanent Sales Administrator to join their experienced and friendly team in Brighton (Portslade)

My client would prefer someone who has some experience within the motor sector industry but this is not essential at all
The role - Sales Administrator
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy automotive environment—ideal for someone with dealership experience or an experienced administrator looking to break into the motor sector.
You’ll play a vital role supporting the Sales team, ensuring accurate processing of vehicle orders, sales documentation and customer records.
Duties will include

Process new vehicle orders with accurate specifications

Manage all sales administration for new and used vehicles

Prepare and check sales documentation to ensure full compliance

Vehicle invoicing and stock control

Taxing vehicles (new and used)

Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth vehicle handovers

Maintain accurate records and databases
Experience, competencies and knowledge required:
-
Previous experience in the motor sector preferred - not essential.

Strong attention to detail and high levels of accuracy

Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks

Confident working in a fast-paced environment

Strong communication skills
