About Us:
Component Process & Repair Limited based in Bognor Regis West Sussex is a specialist gas turbine component repair facility. Due to an increasing orderbook, and long term growth plans we are currently recruiting for an Office Accounts & Commercial Assistant.
This is a new exciting role for CPR, and would successful candidate would report directly to the office manager. Training in accounts which would include national qualifications would be supplied, along with advancement into commercial support and customer facing roles.

Entering Daily Timesheets onto our system

Producing Customer Invoices and Statements

Numerically filing and checking of works orders packs and supplier invoices

Entering supplier invoices
-
Sending supplier remittance
-
Compiling individuals clocking-in cards and recording data
-
Updating Production Quality Records (IRF’s) onto a Spreadsheet
-
Processing Monthly credit card expenditures
-
Setting up new supplier accounts
-
Producing Monthly KPI’s.

Logging Annual Leave/Sickness records and updating the holiday chart

Arranging online courses
-
Dealing with Customer and supplier queries
-
Updating Cashflow and orderbook.
-
Assisting Managers with administration requirements/projects.
Ideally the candidate should have some experience with Excel, Word, Access Dimensions and Outlook although inhouse training will be provided
