Driver/Labourer
Location: Launceston/Cornwall
Salary: £26,000 - £28,000

We are currently recruiting for a Labourer / Driver to join a leading maintenance contractor working on a social housing voids contract.
Working alongside a team of Multi-Trade Operatives, you will play a key role in ensuring materials, tools, and equipment are delivered to site while assisting with general labouring duties across void properties.
Key Responsibilities:

Driving company vehicles to transport materials and equipment between sites.

Assisting trades operatives with kitchen and bathroom refurbishment works.

Clearing and preparing void properties for refurbishment.

Loading and unloading materials.

Carrying out property strip-outs and waste removal.

Maintaining site cleanliness and adhering to health and safety procedures.

Supporting the wider voids team with general labouring duties as required.
Requirements:

Full UK Driving Licence (essential).

Previous labouring or construction experience preferred but not essential.

Reliable, hardworking, and willing to assist across multiple sites.

Good communication skills and a positive attitude.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Understanding of health and safety on construction or maintenance sites is beneficial.
