Description
Assist with the preparation of monthly management accounts and financial reports.
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes efficiently.
Reconcile bank statements and maintain accurate financial records.
Support the preparation of budgets and forecasts.
Monitor and manage cash flow to ensure optimal financial performance.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve financial discrepancies.
Provide support during audits and assist in preparing necessary documentation.Profile
Requirement:
Actively studying ACCA (essential)
Strong debits & credits understanding
Experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment (e.g. construction, projects, engineering)
Advanced Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP)
Experience in financial reporting and management accounts preparation.
Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
A solid understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
Excellent organisational and time management abilities.
Effective communication skills to liaise with internal and external stakeholders.Job Offer
