Hours: 39 hours per week
Working Schedule:

Monday to Wednesday: 4:00pm – 2:00am

About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing team based in Appleton Thorn. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing business where full training will be provided on manufacturing machinery and production processes.

Key Responsibilities

Operating and monitoring manufacturing machinery following training

Assisting with production and assembly processes

Carrying out quality checks on finished products

Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Following all health and safety procedures

Supporting the wider production team as required

Reporting any machine faults or production issues to supervisors
Requirements
-
Previous experience in manufacturing, production, or machine operation is advantageous but not essential

Candidates with no direct experience will be considered if they have a genuine interest in manufacturing and are eager to learn

Good attention to detail and a positive work ethic

Ability to follow instructions and work to production targets

Reliable, punctual, and able to work as part of a team

Due to the location of the site, candidates must have their own transport and be able to drive
