3 Month Initial Contract
We're recruiting for x4 Customer Service Advisors to start a 3 month initial contract with the possibility to be offered a perm contract to possible candidates after the 3 months.
The Role:
As a Customer Service Advisor, you will play a vital role in delivering excellent service to customers across multiple channels including phone, email, live chat, and social media.
Key Responsibilities:

Deliver first-class service and support to customers, ensuring all interactions are handled professionally and effectively.

Manage inbound calls, emails, live chats, and social media queries.

Provide accurate information and solutions, reassuring customers and resolving issues quickly.

Work collaboratively with the wider team to maintain excellent service standards.
What We’re Looking For:

Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal.

A proactive and customer-first attitude, with the ability to remain calm under pressure.

Previous customer service experience (not essential, but desirable).

Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.

Strong problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to customer needs.
Hours of Work:
-
Monday to Friday: 9am – 8pm
-
Saturday & Sunday: 9am – 6pm
-
Rotational shifts including some late shifts: 11am – 8pm
