This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is looking to develop their career within a thriving automotive business.
As a key member of the team, you will provide comprehensive administrative support across various areas of the operation, including vehicle sales, servicing, fleet administration, and customer service. The successful candidate will play an integral role in ensuring the smooth running of daily business activities, maintaining accurate records, coordinating documentation, and delivering a high standard of support to both internal teams and customers.
Key Responsibilities

Managing vehicle records, documentation, and databases.

Processing vehicle registrations, transfers, and compliance paperwork.

Scheduling service appointments and coordinating with workshop teams.

Preparing quotations, invoices, and purchase orders.

Handling customer enquiries via phone, email, and in person.

Maintaining accurate records of vehicle stock and inventory.

Supporting management with reports, data entry, and administrative tasks.

Liaising with suppliers, customers, and external agencies.

Ensuring all documentation complies with company and industry regulations.
Requirements

Previous administrative experience, preferably within the automotive, transport, or fleet sector.

Excellent organisational and time management skills.

Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Experience using vehicle management or dealership systems would be advantageous.
