Rapid Personnel are recruiting for a Team Leader to join our client based in Ashampstead. This is a pivotal position within their retail operations to support the shop running efficiently and maintaining strong levels of customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities

Create a welcoming atmosphere for all customers

Inspire and upsell products to customers

Delegate & manage daily tasks with team members

Ensure all team members are utilising their time efficiently

Assist with product ordering and maintain product stock levels

Checking deliveries thoroughly to ensure correct stock input

Uphold shop / cafe cleanliness and product display
-
Ensure health and safety processes are being properly adhered to
Requirements
-
Previous experience working within retail or hospitality setting required

Team management experience desirable

Ability to use own initiative and direct others

Interested in a long-term permanent position
