IMH Recruitment are currently seeking a reliable and flexible Recycling Operative to join our client’s team working at the Household and Waste Sites at Coalville or. Market Harborough/Kibworth Sites.
Key Responsibilities:

Assisting the public with waste disposal and recycling

Ensuring waste is sorted into correct bins
-
Managing site traffic and providing clear direction
-
Maintaining health and safety standards on-site
-
Working outdoors in all weather conditions
Requirements:
-
UK Driving Licence and access to your own vehicle (essential)

Previous experience in recycling or waste management (preferred)
-
Must be able to work summer time hours when hours do change from winter hours.

Ability to work on a rota basic – including weekends

Positive, customer-focused attitude.

Market Harborough/Kibworth Hours:

This will be inline with the 4 days on- 2 days off pattern working across both sites as per the site opening schedules.

Summer Hours – 9am to 5pm - Sat, Sun, Mon. 9am to 7pm Tues, Weds, Thurs & Fri.

All roles are £14.00 per hour
