Transport Administrator (Part Time 20-25 hours per week)
Key Responsibilities include:

Management of the ePOD library to ensure all deliveries completed and POD present

Act as Authorised Signatory for various airports around the country to facilitate airport pass applications

General Transport Administration duties
Skills and Competency:
-
Previous experience as an admin or in a similar role preferable
-
Quality organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks using your own initiative at the same time.

Ability to prioritize own workload but also be able to work as part of a team.

Strong communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal.

Demonstrable IT skills e.g., Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)

Demonstrate working administrative background.

Must have an analytical skill, with a high level of attention to detail.
