Construction Administrator – Permanent Opportunity

Pro Staff Construction are working with a construction company based in Swansea who is looking to recruit a Construction Administrator to support their Construction Department.
This is an excellent opportunity for an organised and proactive administrator with strong communication skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced construction environment. The successful candidate will support project teams, manage customer care defects, maintain key construction systems, and assist with a variety of office and site administration duties.
Key Responsibilities:

Liaise with clients, subcontractors and project teams

Coordinate defect works and contractor attendance

Monitor KPIs and maintain construction reporting dashboards

Support Construction, Commercial, Technical and HSEQ teams with administration duties

Maintain project documentation, warranties and contract records

Support project handovers and completion documentation
-
Assist with construction compliance and customer care
Candidate Requirements:
-
Previous administration experience within construction
-
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-
Strong organisational and time management abilities
-
Customer-focused approach with a professional manner

Competent using Microsoft Office and construction management software
-
Ability to prioritise workloads and work independently
