You will coordinate senior leadership meetings, manage complex priorities and act as a trusted point of contact across the organisation. Location: London, hybrid working
Working pattern: Full‑time - 35 hours p/w
Working style: Hybrid - 2 days in office, aligning with the CEO's in office daysResponsibilities
Executive office leadership - Act as the primary point of contact for the CEO's office, ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations and effective communication.
Diary and meeting management - Manage a complex, fast‑moving diary, prioritising time and coordinating senior‑level meetings.
Briefings and papers - Prepare high‑quality agendas, papers, briefings, presentations and supporting materials.
Action and deadline tracking - Monitor deadlines and follow‑up activity to support the CEO and Senior Business Manager.
Senior meeting coordination - Organise and service EMT, SMT and other leadership meetings, ensuring accurate minutes and action logs.
Event and stakeholder coordination - Coordinate complex meetings and events involving internal and external stakeholders across the UK.
Research and project support - Support business planning, research and project activity, including preparing reports and presentations.
Finance administration - Assist with budget monitoring, purchase orders, invoices, expenses and financial commentary.
Team leadership - Provide leadership and collaboration across the Executive Assistant cohort to ensure consistent, high‑quality support.Person specification
Significant experience supporting a CEO or senior executive team.
Skilled in agenda preparation, minute‑taking, and action tracking.
Ability to manage multiple competing priorities and shifting deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication, with strong attention to detail.
Able to work proactively and handle confidential information
Advanced knowledge of Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
Understanding of budgeting, expenses and financial processes.
