We are currently recruiting for an Office Administrator to join our client’s busy and professional team based in Enfield.
This is a varied and client-facing role, ideal for someone who is highly organised, confident communicating with clients, and able to manage multiple tasks at once. The successful candidate will support the day-to-day running of the office, assist internal teams, and ensure clients receive a professional and efficient service.
Previous experience within the construction industry would be an advantage, but this is not essential. Experience using Mac systems would also be beneficial.
Key Responsibilities:

Carrying out general office administration duties

Answering calls and responding to emails in a professional manner

Liaising with clients, suppliers, and internal teams

Managing and updating records, documents, and office systems

Supporting with scheduling, paperwork, and general coordination

Ensuring all administration is completed accurately and efficiently

Providing excellent customer service in a client-facing environment
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

Previous experience in an office administration role

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

The ability to multi-task and prioritise workload effectively

A confident, professional, and client-focused approach

Good IT skills

Experience using Mac systems would be beneficial
