Our client, a leading organisation, is hiring a HR Administrator to support the Head of HR across a broad range of people and administrative activities. This role offers the opportunity to gain exposure across the full employee lifecycle while playing a key part in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the HR function.
You’ll be joining a collaborative and fast-paced environment where attention to detail, organisation, and strong communication skills are highly valued.
What you’ll do
Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Head of HR
Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation
Support onboarding, inductions, and offboarding processes
Coordinate meetings, interviews, and HR-related schedules
Assist with HR reporting, compliance, and policy administration
You’ll work closely with managers and employees across the business to help deliver an efficient and professional HR service.
What we’re looking for
Previous experience in a HR administration or office administration role
Strong organisational and administrative skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
Proficiency with Microsoft Office and HR systems
The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and confident managing multiple priorities within a busy and supportive environment.
