Learning Support Assistant - Full Time

We are currently looking for a caring, reliable, and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistant to join our team in Hertfordshire. This is a full-time, term-time-only position supporting children and young people within a school setting.
The role will involve working on a 1:1 basis with a child and/or supporting students within the classroom, during break times, and throughout the school day. Some students may have additional needs, while others may simply require extra support during class time.
Responsibilities:
Providing 1:1 support for individual students
Supporting pupils within the classroom environment
Assisting during break and lunchtime activities
Encouraging positive behaviour and engagement
Supporting students with additional needs where required
Helping create a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Requirements:
Experience working with children or young people is preferred
A caring, patient, and positive attitude
Ability to work well as part of a team
Must hold a DBS on the Update Service or be willing to apply for one💡 A DBS refund can be provided after 20 days of successful working
