About the Role
We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join a busy and fast-paced manufacturing environment on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with warehouse or manufacturing experience who enjoys working within a structured and quality-focused operation.
The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting production through accurate picking, kitting, stock control, and material handling activities while maintaining high standards of safety, quality, and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities

Accurately pick and kit components in line with production requirements

Carry out quality checks on parts, quantities, and materials

Ensure stock is stored correctly and FIFO processes are followed

Maintain accurate stock control and traceability

Operate FLT and Reach Trucks safely where authorised

Support goods-in, packaging, and despatch activities
-
Maintain a clean, organised, and safe warehouse environment

Follow company procedures and health & safety standards at all times

Support continuous improvement and problem-solving activities
Candidate Requirements

Previous experience within a warehouse or manufacturing environment

FLT Counterbalance or Reach Truck licence beneficial,
-
Willingness to be trained on Fork lift truck is essential

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Ability to follow work instructions and processes

Good communication skills and a positive attitude

Reliable, adaptable, and able to work as part of a team

Experience using warehouse or ERP systems would be advantageous
