Customer Service Administrator
About the Role
We’re looking for an organised and proactive Customer Service Administrator to join our client’s manufacturing business in Ireland on a permanent basis.
You’ll be working in a fast-paced environment, managing orders, handling customer enquiries, and supporting the wider operations team — so resilience, accuracy, and a calm approach under pressure are essential.
Key Responsibilities

Handling inbound customer calls and providing professional, timely support

Managing and responding to queries from a shared email inbox

Processing sales orders accurately and ensuring production teams are updated

Liaising with internal departments such as production, dispatch, and accounts

Assisting the wider customer service and administration team where required
About You

Previous experience in a customer service or administrative role, ideally within a manufacturing or industrial environment

Excellent communication skills with a professional telephone manner

Strong attention to detail and accuracy when processing data and orders

Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook); experience with ERP or CRM systems desirable

Resilient, adaptable, and able to work effectively during busy periods
