Our engineering client is looking for x3 Manufacturing Labourers to join their busy and growing team.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, ideal for someone who enjoys practical, physical work.
The role will involve supporting the production team with general labouring duties, including:

Assisting skilled operatives with day-to-day tasks

Carrying out general workshop and housekeeping duties

Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe

Moving materials and components around site (lifting equipment provided)

Supporting with basic paperwork and job records when required
Previous labouring or manufacturing experience is advantageous but not essential — a strong work ethic, reliability, and willingness to get stuck in are key. If you’re based in or around Chichester and looking for a hands-on role, this could be a great opportunity.

07:00 – 16:30 (Monday to Thursday)
