Our engineering client is looking for x3 Manufacturing Operatrives to join their busy and growing team.
This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a supportive manufacturing environment, ideal for someone looking to build practical skills.
The role will involve supporting the wider production team with a variety of day-to-day tasks, including:

Assisting with basic hand assembly using simple tools

Supporting skilled operatives with ongoing work

General workshop duties and keeping the area organised

Completing basic paperwork and documentation

Helping move materials and components when required (lifting equipment provided)
Previous manufacturing or hands-on experience is beneficial but not essential — a strong work ethic and willingness to learn are key. If you’re based in or around Chichester and looking to get started in a practical role, this could be a great opportunity.

07:00 – 16:30 (Monday to Thursday)
