Customer Service Coordinator - Basingstoke - £14.35 per hour | 4-month temporary role | Immediate start Office-based Monday to Friday + occasional Saturdays (rota basis)

We're recruiting for a Customer Service Coordinator to join a busy and supportive team in Basingstoke. This is a fantastic role for someone who is highly organised, enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.
You'll be at the heart of the operation, keeping schedules on track, supporting surveyors, and ensuring customers have a smooth and positive experience.
Duties include:
Coordinating and booking appointments for a team of surveyors
Planning and organising daily schedules based on location and travel routes
Speaking with customers and colleagues to confirm bookings and manage changes
Resolving scheduling issues quickly and efficiently
Keeping systems updated and ensuring everything runs smoothly day-to-dayWhat we're looking for:
