About the Role:
Are you passionate about delivering exceptional customer service? Able to ensure a smooth and provided recruitment journey for both clients and candidates? Our client is looking for an Assistant Recruitment Consultant to join their team, where you will get an opportunity to learn more about the recruitment industry with an opportunity to develop within a growing business.
As an Assistant Recruitment Consultant, you’ll be an essential part of a close-knit team providing a range of recruitment services and support to clients and candidates, whilst working closely with the sales team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
• Supported a range of administrative functions through the recruitment journey for clients and candidates.
• Assisted in posting jobs, preparing CVs, initial telephone screening, sales proposals and CV sourcing to support recruitment and sales activities.
• Maintained and updated the CRM system with accurate records of customer interactions, campaign activity, and candidate information.
• Working across teams to ensure smooth operations while contributing ideas to improve processes and enhance the client and candidate experience.

What We’re Looking For:
• Experience of or passionate about building a career in recruitment.
• excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively
• Strong communication & listening skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office is essential, and experience using CRM systems would be beneficial.
