Salary: £37,002.70 – £39,459.80 DOE + £3,156.05 allowance
Hours: Monday–Friday, 40 hours

About the role
We are recruiting a Mechanical / Centrifuge Chargehand to support maintenance of centrifuges, grinders and plant equipment at Drinnick Stores.
This is a hands-on leadership role focused on maintenance, reliability and safety.
Responsibilities

Carry out planned and reactive maintenance

Diagnose faults on plant equipment

Support breakdown response
-
Supervise a small engineering team

Coordinate contractors and site activities
-
Support installation and improvement projects
-
Manage work orders and maintenance records (SAP)

Ensure compliance with HSE and site procedures
Requirements
Essential:
-
NVQ Level 3 in Mechanical Engineering
-
Industrial maintenance experience
-
Strong fault-finding skills
-
Experience with SAP or similar system
-
Strong safety awareness
-
Full UK driving licence
