Job Role:
Our client is looking for a professional, personable, proactive and experienced Receptionist/Administrator to support their Administration and Finance team. This is an integral and varied position where you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day‑to‑day operations, as well as providing a warm and welcoming first impression to visitors.
Key responsibilities:
Reception and Front of House
Answer and forward incoming telephone calls in a professional manner
Meet and greet visitors upon arrival
Mange deliveries
Administration
Arrange and coordinate travel and hotel bookings for employees
Set up clients on our clients CRM system and support day-to-day CRM administration tasks
Carry out Credit checks
Send Appraisal reminders to Managers and Directors
Support the Finance team and help monitor the team email inbox
General office Administration, including dealing with confidential waste removal, stationery orders, workwear, Franking Machine and post
Provide other administrative tasks as required across the business.
Requirements:
Previous experience working in a reception, administration or customer facing role is highly preferred
Strong Administrative and IT skills, including good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, such as Word, Excel and Outlook
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a clear and professional telephone manner
Ability to multitask, prioritise a busy workload, and remain calm under pressure
A proactive, positive, and flexible approach and readiness to support the wider team.
