Production Operative – Manufacturing Environment | Immediate Starts Available
We are currently recruiting experienced Production Operatives to join a busy and growing manufacturing business. This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous production or manufacturing experience seeking long-term work with permanent opportunities available.
Both temporary and permanent positions are on offer.
The Role
Working within a fast-paced production environment, duties will include:

Operating production line machinery and manufacturing equipment

Filling, labelling, and packaging products accurately

Monitoring production processes and reporting any faults or issues

Carrying out quality checks to maintain production standards

Following strict health and safety procedures
-
Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
-
Manual handling and general warehouse duties
-
Assisting with stock movement where required
Working Hours
-
Monday to Friday
-
Rotating day and late shifts
-
Early finish every Friday
-
Flexibility required to work both shift patterns
-
No weekend work
Candidate RequirementsEssential:

Previous production, manufacturing, or production line experience

Good understanding of workplace health and safety

Reliable with a strong work ethic

Good attention to detail

Able to work independently and as part of a team
