Hamilton Woods Associates are currently recruiting for a Customer Engagement Officer to develop and deliver clear, engaging communications across digital, print, social media, web and face-to-face channels.
Duties and Responsibilities of the Customer Engagement Officer:
Develop and deliver clear, engaging communications across digital, print, social media, web and face-to-face channels.
Produce resident-focused content including newsletters, FAQs, project updates, briefings and web copy, simplifying complex regeneration activity.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date project information across websites and digital platforms.
Plan and deliver community engagement activities including consultations, workshops, drop-ins, surveys and online events.
Build positive relationships with residents, stakeholders and community groups, encouraging inclusive participation and feedback.
Gather and analyse customer insight to support project decision-making, service improvements and resident outcomes.
Support stakeholder engagement with local authorities, councillors, contractors, media and regeneration partners.
Monitor communications and engagement activity, ensuring compliance with project deadlines, data protection and EDI requirements.Essential Requirements of the Customer Engagement Officer:
Higher education CIPR or CIM certificate and/ or marketing or communication related degree
