As a Production Operative, you will play an essential role in the production process, contributing to the delivery of high-quality products for a leading free-range and organic egg producer. This is an exciting opportunity to join one of the UK’s largest free-range and organic egg businesses, renowned for their commitment to quality and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work as part of a team to ensure production runs efficiently.
- Assist in the preparation and packing of products.
- Maintain high standards of hygiene, safety, and quality at all times.
- Adhere to company procedures and guidelines to ensure food safety compliance.
- Support team leaders and managers in achieving daily targets.
What We're Looking For:

- Previous experience in production is advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided.
