We are looking for passionate, patient, and empathetic SEN Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) to join our team starting this September. You will be supporting brilliant primary school pupils with additional needs across Northampton and the surrounding areas.
We are only looking for candidates seeking long-term stability—every single one of our positions is either Straight Permanent from day one or a guaranteed Temp-to-Perm pathway.
The Essentials
Start Date: September 2026
Location: Northampton
Pay: £93 – £110 per day (Paid weekly)
Hours: 8:30 AM – 4 PM | Monday to Friday (Term Time Only – enjoy your evenings, weekends, and school holidays!)
Contract: Straight Permanent & Temp-to-Perm opportunities only

The Role: What You’ll Be Doing
As an SEN LSA, you are more than a classroom assistant—you are a mentor and a champion for children who need it most. You will:
Provide Targeted Support: Work 1:1 or in small groups with children who have diverse learning and emotional needs.
Break Down Barriers: Help pupils navigate emotional, behavioral, and learning challenges with patience and care.
Adapt & Include: Work alongside teachers to adapt learning activities so every child can succeed.
Collaborate: Partner with Teachers and SENCOs to keep the classroom safe, positive, and happy.
Who We Are Looking For
We want genuine "people people" who can bring calm energy to a busy room.
Experience: Backgrounds in schools, care, psychology, youth work, or sports coaching are highly desirable!
Skills: Experience with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health) or Team Teach training is a huge plus (but remember, we offer free training!).
Mindset: Patient, empathetic, and level-headed when handling challenging moments.
Compliance: You must hold an Enhanced DBS check on the Update Service, or be willing to apply for one with us in time for the September start.
