Administrator / Sales Order Processor – Temp to Perm

🕒 Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm (30-minute lunch)
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Administrator / Sales Order Processor to join a friendly, small team based in Nelson. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity for the right candidate.
Duties will include:
- Processing sales orders via Sage Line 50
- Inputting invoices onto the system
- Taking customer orders by phone and email
- Processing and managing orders accurately
- General administration and filing duties
- Working within a paper-based filing system
Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience using Sage Line 50 is essential
(Applications without Sage Line 50 experience will not be considered.)
- Strong administration and order processing experience
- Good telephone manner and communication skills
- Organised and accurate with attention to detail
This is a fully office-based role within a welcoming company where the offices and warehouse are all located within one building.
