Location: Leeds
Salary: £25,000 – £28,000 per year
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm

A leading promotional branding supplier based in Leeds is looking for an organised and proactive Sales Administrator to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a fast-paced, creative industry supporting a busy sales function and ensuring excellent service for clients.
The Role
As a Sales Administrator, you will play a key role in supporting the sales team with day-to-day administration and customer coordination. You will help ensure orders run smoothly from enquiry through to delivery while maintaining strong relationships with customers and suppliers.
Key Responsibilities

Providing administrative support to the sales team

Processing customer orders and managing order documentation

Liaising with suppliers and internal departments to track orders and timelines

Handling customer enquiries via phone and email

Preparing quotes and assisting with sales proposals

Maintaining accurate records within the CRM and internal systems

Ensuring excellent customer service at all times
What We’re Looking For

Previous experience in a sales support, customer service, or administrative role

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

Confident communication skills, both written and verbal

Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word)
