We're currently recruiting for a Customer Service Admin in the planning dept. This to join a well-established company based in Leeds (LS10). This is a temp-to-perm opportunity, ideal for someone with administrative and customer service skills who is looking to secure a long-term role with a reputable organisation.
The Role:
- Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
- Scheduling and coordinating planning activities efficiently
- Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
- Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Delivering a professional and efficient customer experience at all times
What We're Looking For:
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Previous administration and/or planning experience preferred
- Good attention to detail and confident IT skills
- Ability to manage workloads and prioritise tasks effectively
- Reliable, punctual, and happy to work fully on-site
