They are now seeking an enthusiastic Administrator to join their busy Cramlington office.

The Role
You’ll provide essential support across the business, including:

General administration for the wider team

Assisting with procurement schedules and material orders

Distributing invoice and account queries

Managing weekly timesheet input and updating labour sheets

Document control for project files, drawings and team folders

Preparing site engineer files, toolbox manuals and sign‑in books

Monitoring the training matrix and arranging future training

Overseeing company vehicle processes and monthly fleet reporting

Experience in administration, ideally within a project‑based environment
