Production Operative – Temp to Perm Opportunity
We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing team. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with production experience and a good eye for detail. Previous soldering experience or solder training would be highly beneficial.
Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
Contract: Temp to Perm (after 12 weeks)
Working Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 5:00pm
Friday: 8:30am – 4:00pm
Breaks:

10-minute paid break at 10:00am

30-minute unpaid lunch break

10-minute paid break at 3:00pm
Duties will include:

Building and assembling circuit boards
-
Soldering, wiring, and cable preparation

Testing finished products
-
Packing completed items
-
Interpreting drawings and specifications to build products accurately

Following work instructions and processes

Maintaining quality standards and attention to detail
Requirements:

Previous production/manufacturing experience preferred

Soldering experience or solder training is desirable

Ability to read and interpret technical drawings

Strong attention to detail

Ability to follow instructions accurately

Reliable with a positive attitude and good work ethic
